Quotes and scope

Website requests are not confirmed bookings. Pricing and timing are confirmed after Voler reviews the home details and agreed service scope. Material changes in condition or scope may require an updated quote.

Access and preparation

Customers are responsible for providing safe, lawful access and for securing valuables, sensitive documents, medications, weapons and fragile items. Excessive clutter may reduce the amount of cleaning that can be completed in the booked time.

Pets

Customers should disclose pets and provide safe instructions for them during service. Voler may decline to enter or continue service when an animal creates a safety risk.

Excluded or specialty conditions

Unless separately quoted, standard residential cleaning does not include biohazards, bodily fluids beyond ordinary bathroom cleaning, pest infestations, hazardous chemicals, mold remediation, hoarding conditions, construction debris, exterior-height work, heavy lifting, restoration, permanent stains or repairs.

Fragile or damaged surfaces

Customers should identify fragile, damaged, newly refinished or manufacturer-restricted surfaces before cleaning. Some stains, etching, discoloration, wear or damage cannot be reversed by cleaning.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Any cancellation or rescheduling requirements that apply to your service will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed. Fees, if any, will not apply unless they were disclosed before booking.

24-Hour Reset Promise

If an agreed checklist item appears to have been missed, contact Voler within 24 hours. After review, Voler may return to address the missed scope at no additional cleaning charge. This does not cover new messes, excluded work, permanent damage, pre-existing stains or items outside the written scope.
