A premium experience is built on repeatable details.
This is the operating promise customers can read before they book: what we prioritize, how we handle preferences, and how we respond when an agreed detail is missed.
1. Scope before service
Every visit should have an agreed service type and scope. Special requests, add-ons, access instructions, pet notes and fragrance preferences should be documented before the appointment when possible.
2. Product and surface care
We use cleaning methods appropriate to the surface and the condition presented. Customers should disclose delicate, newly installed, damaged or manufacturer-restricted surfaces. We do not intentionally mix incompatible chemicals.
3. Respectful home access
Entry instructions are used only to complete the scheduled service. Customers should secure valuables, medications, weapons and sensitive documents. Pets should be disclosed so the service plan can account for them safely.
4. The final reset pass
Before leaving, the goal is to review the agreed checklist, obvious touchpoints, room presentation and floors. This final pass is what turns a cleaning visit into a Voler reset.
5. Signature scent, by preference
The signature scent is optional. It should never be used to conceal odors or replace cleaning. Customers may select fragrance-free service or request reduced intensity. Customers with fragrance sensitivities, respiratory concerns or pets with sensitivities should choose fragrance-free service and consult their own health/veterinary guidance as appropriate.
6. 24-Hour Reset Promise
If an item that was included in the written scope appears to have been missed, contact Voler within 24 hours of the service with a description and, if useful, a photo. After review, Voler may return to address the missed scope at no additional cleaning charge. The promise does not cover new messes, permanent damage, pre-existing stains, excluded items or work outside the quoted scope.
